Welcome to Abreez Fitness for women and Bodyworks for both men and women. We are dedicated to providing real women with a real fitness program that really works! We celebrate the uniqueness of each one of us and encourage and assist you on your journey to a healthy lifestyle. Our enthusiastic staff not only work here but also workout here so we know your struggles with fitness. Abreez also provides massage therapy and tanning beds and invite men to share these services as well. Massage therapy provides relief to muscles tired from the exertion of a workout or just plain tired from the stress of everyday life. Our tanning beds are of high quality and provide a beautiful tan in up to 12 minutes! We welcome you to drop by and take a tour of our facility, meet our staff and learn more about our services.
